Regional Land Title Co. is a full-service title and escrow closing company that has been serving the real estate market for 20 years. We have grown to include offices in Evansville (2010); Bloomfield (2014); Jasper, Indiana (2017); Bloomington, Indiana (2019); Louisville, Kentucky; and Owensboro, Kentucky.

Attorneys with the firm are available to consult with you or your clients (in Kentucky only) regarding a range of real estate related matters, including, but not limited to, complex boundary or ownership issues and/or litigation, commercial and residential leases, alternative financing options, tailored commercial and residential real estate contracts, company formation and reducing liability, foreclosure, evictions, and estate planning needs.
